Step aside Norma Dellacorte! There are some new Grand Dames in town! And we collaborated with them all to pull off the most fun event of this year’s social season. Your famed Beach Ball could never compare!

On Wednesday, March 20, the West Palm Beach parking lot of Palm Beach Regency and Chelsea Lane was transformed into a viewing party for the premiere of the highly anticipated new AppleTV+ series, Palm Royale. Starring Kristen Wiig, Laura Dern, and Carole Burnett and others, it is set in the most glamorous 1960s era of Palm Beach’s history. We knew this show was one we wanted to celebrate!

The event was dreamt up and hosted by Ashley, the fabulous face behind @PalmBeachFancy. Sponsors included Chelsea Lane, The Seven West Village, and of course, Palm Beach Regency! Everything from caviar to key lime pie was graciously provided by Altima, Hamptons Aristocrat, Dining with Shannon, and Nantucket Crisps. For the gentleman, hand-rolled cigars were procured from D’Lopez Cigars. Cocktails were poured by Munyon’s Paw Paw, Chinola and Chido.

Over 200 of Palm Beaches’ glitziest residents walked the pink carpet to join us for the fun, and they dressed to impress! Outfits were 60s inspired and included the over-the-top, bright colors and big hair that were synonymous with Palm Beach during that era. 

While guests enjoyed the show on a huge jumbotron screen, they also shopped for caftans, dresses and jewelry curated by some popular Palm Beach local businesses.

We don’t know how we will ever top this event, but just like Maxine Dellacort Simmons, there’s no limit to how hard we will try!
